Energy Survey · Retail

We zero out the cost of the intervention through energy saving.

Free energy survey for your store network. We measure waste point by point and design interventions that pay for themselves through bill reduction.

The problem

Retail overpays for energy that is thrown away.

Obsolete lighting, badly tuned climate control, empty windows left on: every store in the network wastes a significant share of the bill. Without point measurement it stays invisible and the cost restarts every month.

30%

is the average share of energy wasted in a retail outlet between inefficient lighting, mis-tuned HVAC and always-on devices.

€ thousands

of annual energy costs per store across the chain that could be recovered through targeted and measured interventions.

0

is the visibility most chains have on real consumption per outlet: the aggregated bill gets paid and the case is closed.

What we cut

Three areas where the intervention pays back in months not years.

The survey and the intervention design focus on these three items. They are the areas where the ratio between investment and saving is most favourable in retail.

Lighting

Replacement with high-efficiency LED, smart controls for schedules and zones, presence sensors in service areas. Lighting consumption cut by up to 60%.

Climate control

Renewed HVAC with high-class machines, distributed temperature probes, management logic by time slot and season. Same comfort, consumption cut by 25–40%.

Monitoring & control

Sectoral meters, lightweight BMS, network dashboard showing consumption and anomalies store by store. Waste becomes visible and remotely manageable.

The Survey & Supply model

The saving on the bill pays for the intervention.

We do not sell equipment: we sell a measured result. The survey is free, the intervention is sized on the expected saving, and the economic return is the metric that governs the proposal.

Step 1

Free survey

We come on site or work from the data you have: real consumption survey, mapping of existing systems, identification of waste items. You walk away with a quantitative report even if you do not proceed.

Step 2

Intervention sized on the saving

Design and supply of the new systems. The investment is calibrated so the bill reduction recovers it within a contractually defined window, normally between 18 and 36 months.

Step 3

Verification with real measurement

After the intervention the meters stay in place. The saving is not a slide promise: it is a number you read month by month on the network dashboard against the pre-intervention baseline.

Step 4

Scalable across the network

The model is built for retail chains: once validated on one or a few pilot stores, it is replicated across the network with standardised specification and centralised control.

How it works

Five steps from contact to measured saving.

  1. 01

    You book the survey

You fill the form below with a few facts about the network: number of stores, type, cities. We get back to you within 24 working hours to schedule the site visit or the remote data collection.

  2. 02

    Survey and consumption analysis

We map lighting systems, HVAC and store devices. We collect consumption data and hourly profile to identify the items with the highest cutting potential.

  3. 03

    Report with expected saving

You receive a document with: current status, proposed interventions by discipline, required investment, expected annual saving, payback time. Quantitative, comparable, unambiguous.

  4. 04

    Integrated execution

Synapsis FW handles design, supply and works coordination: a single contact for lighting, climate control and monitoring. Timelines compatible with store operations.

  5. 05

    Continuous monitoring

After go-live the system measures and reports the real saving against the baseline. The network dashboard shows the trend per store and flags anomalies before they become costs.

The proof

Verified numbers: what really changes after the intervention.

Typical summary of observed results on retail chains with outlets between 80 and 300 sqm. The actual numbers for your case emerge from the survey.

"We had 47 stores and an aggregated bill growing every year. The survey showed us where the money was going. Twelve months after the intervention the difference shows on the P&L."
