- any interruptions, malfunctions or technical errors of the Site;
- inaccuracies or errors in the contents, except in case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence;
- damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site;
- contents of third-party sites accessible via links on the Site.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation, execution or termination of these Terms, the Court of Naples shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save for the application of different mandatory rules protecting consumers.
